Atelier, a development finance lender, has issued an £8.1 million loan, structured at 70% loan-to-value, to support the construction of 13 apartments in Poole. The financing will refinance existing debt and fund the development of two penthouses and 11 two- and three-bedroom flats, including parking and landscaping. Luke Eadie, lending manager at Atelier, expressed satisfaction in aiding an experienced local developer in a desirable location, noting the alignment of the project with local demand.
