Consultation launched for new children’s play area in Bournemouth

BCP Council is seeking input from residents in the Muscliff and Strouden Park area regarding a proposed new play area at Landford Way in Bournemouth. This initiative is part of a larger £4.6 million investment to enhance 120 play spaces across the region. Four possible locations have been suggested for the play area, each with distinct advantages and challenges. The council assures that no existing play facilities will be removed until the new area is established. Residents can provide feedback online or in person during scheduled consultations until July 5, 2026, before a final decision is made.
