Man detained for anti-social behaviour while riding e-scooter

On June 6, around 7 PM, a police officer in Branksome Chine observed a Beryl e-scooter with two individuals riding along the promenade. The rider, who appeared to be intoxicated, yelled at the officer. Later, officers spotted the same e-scooter on Sandbanks Road, where the occupants gestured at them. Police attempted to stop the e-scooter, but the passenger fled, while the 35-year-old rider was arrested and later de-arrested, now assisting with the investigation. Poole Police are seeking information on any related anti-social behavior and encourage witnesses to contact them.
