On June 10, 2026, about 25,000 disadvantaged children in the UK will participate in the Rotary Children’s Fun Day, organized by various Rotary clubs. Among them, 19 Montacute School pupils will enjoy a special day at Farmer Palmer’s in Dorset, facilitated by the Rotary Club of Poole. This outing promises fresh air, animal encounters, and play in an inclusive setting. Amanda Watkin, CEO of Rotary GB&I, underscores the event’s mission to support underprivileged youth, emphasizing its role in providing hope and opportunity. The initiative has positively impacted over one million vulnerable children in the past 30 years.
