A temporary 30mph speed limit will be enforced on the Blandford Forum Bypass, from July 1 for 18 months, pending health and safety improvements. This affects traffic between Hill Top and Two Gates Roundabouts. Roadworks will include access construction and gas main replacement by R&W Langley and JDT Utilities. Additionally, public bridleways in Coombe Keynes and Winfrith Newburgh will be closed until November 2027 due to safety risks. Other closures include Church Lane in East Stoke (June 15-26) and B3070 in East Lulworth (June 17-22) for maintenance work. Violations may incur fines up to £1,000.
