Poole RNLI celebrated Volunteers’ Week by expressing gratitude to the numerous volunteers who support its operations, from lifeboat crews to fundraising and education. The RNLI Poole Old Lifeboat Museum, managed by volunteers, will open to the public on June 12. Fundraising efforts recently raised £2,012 as part of the Mayday campaign, essential for training and equipment, underscoring the collective effort to save lives at sea. The organization recognizes the invaluable commitment of its volunteers.
