Dorset Police are investigating the death of 35-year-old Michael Mitchell, who was reported to have entered the water from a sailing boat at Arne Bay on May 29. His body was discovered off Baiter Park on June 2. While a forensic post-mortem has been conducted, the cause of death remains unconfirmed, and further tests are underway. Three men, aged 46, 31, and 22, initially arrested on suspicion of murder, have been released on police bail. Detectives are seeking information from anyone who had contact with Mitchell prior to May 29 to assist with the investigation.
