The proposal (P/FUL/2026/02138) aims to renovate an existing petrol filling station by demolishing the sales building and constructing a new one. It plans to retain the car wash and fuel islands but adds an extra fuel island and replaces the canopy. Other upgrades include relocating fuel tanks, installing electric vehicle charging points, and improving boundary treatments. Additionally, a separate application (P/FUL/2026/02113) is under consideration to extend the operating hours to 24/7 from the current midnight cut-off. Both proposals are currently under review by Dorset Council.
