Jason Statham purchased a £20 million waterside property in January 2024, which includes a modernist home, gatehouse, and outhouse. The overall renovation is estimated to cost £25 million. He and fiancée Rosie Huntington-Whiteley are developing a secluded forest yoga retreat on the South Coast. The retreat features a yoga studio, natural swimming lake, lap pool, gym, and riding stables, designed by Ben Pentreath. The project also includes environmental protections, like a bat box. Huntington-Whiteley, dreaming of serene country living, maintains a home in London for when they visit the city with their two children.
