Bournemouth to Receive Significant 5G+ Upgrade from EE

Bournemouth is among over 30 UK towns receiving EE’s 5G+ upgrade, enhancing mobile coverage and performance. This rollout aims to provide stronger connections, faster data speeds, and more reliable video calls, especially in busy areas and peak times. Greg McCall from BT emphasized the importance of staying connected during busy summer periods. EE plans to extend this 5G+ service to 99% of the UK population by March 2030, currently covering 75%, or over 44 million people in England.
