AUB and Lewis-Manning Hospice Care host charity fashion show

On May 28, Lewis-Manning Hospice Care and Arts University Bournemouth (AUB) hosted “Trash to Treasure II” at Mimosa Bar. This sustainable fashion event featured AUB fashion and textiles students who repurposed donations from Lewis-Manning’s charity shops for an LGBTQ+ themed runway show. Attendees could purchase items at a pop-up shop, along with premium pre-loved goods. Proceeds support Lewis-Manning’s range of services, including hospice at home and bereavement counseling. Lewis-Manning is Dorset’s independent hospice charity, dedicated to offering person-centered care to adults facing life-limiting illnesses and support for families. More information is available on their website.
