The Mayflower pub in Lymington, owned by the Butcombe Group, reopened on May 22 after a significant refurbishment. Enhancements include upgraded interiors inspired by coastal themes, newly styled dining areas, and refreshed bedrooms. The revamped menu focuses on South Coast seafood and seasonal produce, supported by a trained team led by new general manager Tom Howarth. Outdoor spaces have also been improved, featuring a garden with a children’s play area and a new outdoor bar. To celebrate its reopening, the pub plans themed events and community activities throughout the year, inviting locals and visitors to enjoy its new offerings.
