This morning at approximately 9:30 AM, an incident occurred on Broad Road where a car accidentally crashed through a stone wall in a local car park. Fortunately, the driver managed to exit the vehicle safely and was unharmed. The Swanage Fire Station was alerted to the situation and cordoned off the area for safety, as the wall was unstable. They remained on the scene until 2:45 PM, assisting in securing the site and helping with vehicle recovery. The fire station has also been active recently, having assisted in rescuing a golden retriever and responding to a boat fire in Durlston Bay.
