Mohammed Fathi Eltbie, an Egyptian man, is on trial at Bournemouth Crown Court for allegedly raping a woman in her 30s in Charminster on November 5, 2025. Prosecutor Rebecca Fairbairn described how the complainant, after agreeing to perform oral sex for £50, changed her mind but was attacked by Eltbie, who pinned her down despite her protests. He eventually raped her before fleeing the scene. The victim, found in distress by police, identified Eltbie through CCTV and DNA evidence. Eltbie claims the encounter was consensual. He denies the charges, with the trial ongoing.
