Heather Lowe and Frank Dowdle, traveling in Orkney and Shetland, have been without their luggage since flying from Heathrow to Aberdeen on May 15. The technical fault at Terminal 5 affected thousands of passengers, leaving them unsure about the status of their bags. Despite attempts to contact British Airways and the courier, eCorrier, the couple has not received their luggage and struggle with essential replacements. Heather’s suitcase was eventually delivered to her partner’s home, but Frank’s remains unaccounted for. British Airways acknowledged the disruption, apologizing for the inconvenience while they work to return the luggage.
