Brize Norton man charged over cyclist’s death

Tim Joss, 68, was tragically killed in a crash involving a red VW Polo on January 24, 2024. Kieren Kilminster, 22, from Winchester, has been charged with causing death by careless driving. Joss, who managed Bournemouth Orchestras and was a respected figure in arts and health, was remembered fondly by his family, especially by his wife Vivienne Parry, who described him as a pioneer. He is survived by his daughter, granddaughter, and two stepsons. Tributes highlighted his modesty and dedication to bridging communities through his work in music and numeracy education. Kilminster is set to appear in court on July 7.
