Arts by the Sea festival returns to Bournemouth on September 25-26, showcasing installations and performances under the theme ELEMENTAL. Following this, a fringe event will run from September 27 to October 11. The festival celebrates creativity and community involvement, with Rhea Hanlon as the 2026 artist in residence. Local duo Bombay Dance Club will also participate, presenting a performance inspired by the theme.
