Plans have been submitted to demolish and rebuild the house at 5 Chaddesley Wood Road, Poole, and remove the link to 5a Chaddesley Wood Road. A previous application was rejected by BCP’s Western Planning Committee due to concerns about the building’s height and its impact on neighboring homes, including potential loss of light. The revised proposal features a contemporary three-storey design aimed at mitigating perceived bulk, including a garage, living area, and multiple bedrooms. The application is currently open for public consultation until June 4, after which a decision will be made.
