MP Tom Hayes visited Bournemouth and Poole College to explore a new sustainability initiative for hairdressing students, developed in partnership with local organic salon Barnet and Belle. The project will introduce Organic Colour Systems products to the college’s training salons, along with specialist training for staff and students. This initiative aims to help students learn sustainable salon practices and work with premium organic and vegan-friendly products. Additionally, the hair and beauty salons are scheduled to relocate to the college’s new £36 million Compass Building in September.
