Dorset Council has implemented two traffic management orders starting May 26, affecting several roads in Upton for resurfacing and maintenance. The first order includes temporary closures on Moorland Way, Pinewood Close, Pinewood Road, and Purbeck Close, expected to finish by June 4. A parking suspension will also be enforced for safety. The second order affects Watery Lane, with works like road widening set to conclude by August 26 and a temporary revocation of Osprey Close’s one-way status. Diversions will be in place, and residents can contact Dorset Highways or Mackoy Ltd for queries. More details are available on the council’s website.
