On May 18, 2026, Forest Holme Hospice Charity received a £12,714.78 donation from Harbour View Crematorium, raised through its metals recycling scheme. This initiative responsibly recycles metals left after cremation. Harbour View continues its support for Forest Holme as its Charity of the Year for 2026. The hospice charity stated that the donation will help fund specialist palliative and end-of-life care for local residents and provide necessary support to their families.
