Operation Wolf was conducted by New Forest Police on May 14 on Christchurch Road, where officers stopped vehicles for various checks. They verified drivers’ licenses, vehicle insurance, tax, and MOT certificates, ensuring no stolen vehicles or illegal waste transport occurred. Additionally, the enforcement team from New Forest District Council collaborated to inspect waste-carrying vehicles and ensure proper licensing. This operation aims to tackle increasing fly-tipping in the Forest and aligns with efforts supported by Forestry England, involving the Ringwood Neighbourhood Police Team and the Rural Task Force in these ongoing initiatives.
