On May 12, Dorset Police responded to a fight between two men at a supermarket in Alder Road, where one threatened the other with a knife. Both men were known to each other. A police helicopter was deployed, leading to two arrests: an 18-year-old man from Bournemouth for attempted grievous bodily harm and a 45-year-old woman for assisting an offender. The police are continuing their investigations. A spokesperson emphasized the swift actions taken and the comprehensive investigative work needed to uncover the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
