Ashley Smith, 41, from Poole, appeared in Poole Magistrates’ Court on April 14, 2024, where she pleaded guilty to three counts of criminal damage amounting to under £5,000. In August 2024, she vandalized multiple car park payment machines, causing damages of £1,171.23 and £3,513.69 on August 4, and another £2,342.46 on August 6, all in Bournemouth. Additionally, she admitted to three counts of theft, stealing £780 from the machines. Smith was ordered to pay £3,000 in compensation for the damages incurred.
