Youth Riders, founded by Charlie Keith, began with seven young riders and has expanded to a network of 170 across Ringwood and Verwood, providing a safe space for children and teens to ride scooters, bikes, and BMXs. Initially called Ringwood Riders, the initiative aims to address antisocial behavior at local skate parks. With support from volunteers, it has become a formal charity offering structured sessions, competitions, and events like the upcoming skate jam in Verwood. Participants learn new skills and foster community, addressing the lack of activities for youth while enhancing local engagement and support.
