Indi’s Restaurant in Bournemouth has applied for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 from BCP Council. If approved, the restaurant will be permitted to sell alcohol and play recorded music from 11am to 12:30am daily and host live music from 1pm to 3pm and 7pm to 10pm. Additionally, it seeks permission to serve late-night refreshments from 11pm to 12:30am. Public comments and concerns can be submitted to BCP Council until May 20. The licence could become effective on May 15. False statements regarding the application are a criminal offense.
