Barratt David Wilson Homes Reports Robust Sales Performance

Barratt David Wilson Homes, part of Barratt Redrow, reported solid performance in its latest trading statement for Q3. In the quarter, it completed 3,274 homes, totaling 10,718 for the year. The company’s managing director noted strong customer demand and a resilient reservation rate, which rose to 0.64 homes per outlet weekly. The impact of the Middle East conflict on FY26 is expected to be minimal, supported by a strong forward sales position. Projections indicate year-end net cash will reach between £550 million and £650 million, about £150 million higher than earlier estimates.
