Lighthouse Youth Theatre, launched at Lighthouse Poole, offers creative opportunities for children aged 5-15 without auditions. Funded by the Arbor Vitae Foundation, the program will start this autumn and aims to teach participants about theatre production, culminating in an end-of-year performance. Creative Engagement Manager Martha Earley highlights the focus on developing performance skills, creativity, confidence, collaboration, and communication, along with making new friends. Bursaries are available to reduce financial barriers, and applications are currently open via the Lighthouse Poole website for tailored sessions divided by age groups on Saturdays during term time.
