Members of the National Education Union conducted walkouts at Queen Elizabeth’s School and Corfe Hills School in Dorset, protesting against restructuring plans by Initio Learning Trust. Staff raised concerns about the elimination of specialist teaching roles and increased workloads for remaining educators. Despite the protests, the trust maintains its commitment to supporting staff and providing quality education.
