Wimborne’s Got Talent, part of the Wimborne Folk Festival, will take place on June 14 at the Willow Walk Stage. This event, a collaboration with Wimborne Town of Culture 2026, invites local performers—including musicians, dancers, and comedians—to showcase their talents in a family-friendly setting. The competition features two heats from 11am to 12:30pm and 1pm to 2:30pm, culminating in a grand final from 4pm to 5:30pm. Emma Kerr, project manager, and Simon Wheeler, festival chair, emphasize the importance of community involvement and creativity. Applications are open until May 14 via the Wimborne Town of Culture website.
