AJC Group, an affordable housing developer, is hosting a 24-hour bus pull challenge at Tarrant Rushton Airfield from May 21 to 22 to raise £10,000 for the HealthBus Trust, a charity providing healthcare to homeless individuals in the local area. The team aims to pull a 4.5-tonne mobile clinic non-stop, testing their physical and mental limits. David Cracklen, AJC’s director, emphasized the importance of supporting local charities. HealthBus CEO Deano Pickering highlighted the increasing need for such services due to rising homelessness in Bournemouth. Donations can be made via a dedicated JustGiving page.
