Tony Finlay from UKG Language & Learning is walking a 630-mile coastal path from Minehead to Poole Harbour in 40 days to raise funds for Summer Adventure Camp spots for students in alternative provision. These young people face challenges like disrupted education and mental health issues. Finlay aims to transform concern into commitment, believing that outdoor experiences can significantly impact their confidence and resilience. The walk, involving over 115,000 feet of ascent and descent, will also include wild camping, with updates on his GoFundMe. Local businesses are invited to support his initiative by becoming sponsors.
