Play equipment removed after damage at Portland park

A damaged piece of play equipment has been removed from a Portland park due to safety concerns. The Portland Town Council inspected the spring see-saw at Easton Gardens after receiving reports of issues and found a bent metal frame and split timber. This damage is believed to result from misuse or vandalism. The area has been cordoned off while the council deliberates on repair or replacement options.
