Dorset Police reported a serious assault on a 16-year-old boy on MacLean Road at 7:18 PM on April 26, resulting in suspected stab wounds. He was hospitalized with serious injuries. A full investigation ensued, including a scene examination with a cordon established. Two 17-year-old boys, one from Bournemouth and another from Poole, were arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. Detective Inspector Neil Jones urged witnesses and residents with CCTV or dashcam footage to come forward for assistance. There will be an increased police presence in the area, and the public is encouraged to share any information.
