Harlequin Homes submitted a planning application to build a car park with eight allocated spaces due to concerns from prospective buyers about the existing parking situation, which had resulted in unsold flats. The new proposal would reserve parking for all two-bedroom flats and one one-bedroom flat. The application will be open for consultation until May 12, 2026, with a decision anticipated after this period.
