The University Hospitals Dorset NHS Charity is hosting a Twilight Walk on May 15 to support breast cancer patients and their families. Participants are encouraged to wear neon and glitter as they walk various accessible routes along Bournemouth seafront. Funds raised will enhance patient care beyond standard NHS provisions, benefiting those affected by breast cancer. Past donations helped purchase additional scanning equipment and provide specialized mastectomy bras. Sponsored by Barchester Healthcare and Lester Aldridge solicitors, the event aims to unite the community in showing support for those impacted by breast cancer.
