Police are seeking assistance in finding Gary, a 59-year-old man from Portland, last seen around 1:30 PM on April 23 near Park Estate Road. Concerned for his welfare, authorities believe he left on a bicycle. Gary is approximately five feet ten inches tall, stocky, with short grey hair and arm tattoos. His last known clothing included a black vest, black shorts, black Skechers boots, and a cycling helmet. Officers are conducting searches and urge anyone with information to contact them promptly.
