Volunteers are being recruited in Verwood and across Dorset to establish an ambassador network aimed at supporting the aging population. Dorset Council seeks participants of all ages to promote initiatives, combat ageism, and gather community feedback to enhance daily life for older residents. Training and networking opportunities will be provided, following Dorset’s recognition as an age-friendly community.
