Poole Michelin-starred restaurant’s licensing plans discussed

The Guildhall Poole Limited is applying to modify the premises licence for The Guildhall Tavern, a Michelin-starred restaurant. The proposal includes offering al fresco dining for up to 30 customers in the garden from April to September, with hours from noon to 10:30 PM on weekdays and until 6 PM on Sundays. Live music would be permitted on weekends and bank holidays. Local residents have expressed concerns about noise and disturbance; however, the restaurant director stated there have been no previous complaints. The licensing committee will consider written objections but no objectors attended the recent meeting.
