The event explores the principles contributing to Japan’s longevity, guided by nutritionist Barbara Cox and Charlie Orr from InsideJapan Tours. Attendees will discuss practices like Ikigai and Hara Hachi Bu while enjoying Japanese cuisine and a live Chadō tea ceremony. The menu is curated by award-winning chef Cheryl Tio Blake.
