Bournemouth Pavilion received a donation from Adrian Zakrzewski, comprising his late mother Ms. Hussey’s autograph books. She worked at the Pavilion’s box office from the 1930s until 1946, providing a unique week-by-week record of famous performers. Zakrzewski expressed happiness that this collection has returned to a venue his mother cherished. The books contain signed photographs, handwritten notes, and newspaper clippings, painting a vivid picture of entertainment life during that era. Pavilion representatives highlighted the significance of such contributions in preserving the venue’s history as they prepare to celebrate its centenary in 2029.
