The eatery, located in the former Neo space, features a menu celebrating South Coast produce, offering dishes like rock oysters, Dorset crab, and grilled lobster with miso garlic butter. Brinkley, known for her work at Zuma and Tetsuya’s, has infused the restaurant with bold, West Indies-inspired artwork.
