Care South chefs hosted bread-making masterclass in Dorset

Care South chefs conducted a bread-making masterclass for The CRUMBS Project trainees in Bournemouth, focusing on preparing various bread products like hot cross buns and bao buns. Led by Mark Wardman and chefs Adam Csurai and Bert Lyons, the session aimed to enhance practical skills and confidence among trainees, many of whom are preparing for employment in the hospitality sector. Lee Whalley from The CRUMBS Project emphasized the importance of such sessions in improving trainees’ job prospects, while Wardman expressed his joy in sharing kitchen skills with the participants.
