Victoria House in Westbourne is being transformed into a modern business hub by Arena Offices. Currently in the fit-out phase, 15% of its space has been rented, with tenants expected to move in within three months. Commercial Director Helen Deverill emphasized creating a warm, inspiring environment that enhances the modern work experience. The refurbishment includes major upgrades like new lifts, repositioned electrical supplies, and replaced windows. A new reception is also underway. Arena operates 12 serviced office centers in the region, inviting local businesses to join the new office community. More areas will become available soon.
