A group of ten hospital workers in Bournemouth won £50,000 each in the National Lottery Thunderball draw after matching five numbers and the Thunderball. This long-standing syndicate has been playing together for about a decade, choosing lucky dip numbers weekly. Following their big win, members are planning holidays and travel upgrades. Andy Carter from Allwyn UK highlighted that their persistence paid off. The National Lottery raises approximately £33 million weekly for projects across the UK, contributing billions to good causes since its inception.
